VISUAL IDENTITY FOR COMPACT LIVING

KUB (Kompakt Urbant Boende, Compact Living for Youths, in swedish also the word for "cube") address the shortage of housing for young people who is searching for their first own place to live. Moelven started a collaboration with OWC Arkitekter to create affordable, durable and attractive housing that fits into the townscape without losing architectural quality. The solution was houses built up of different modules and apartments with a standard interior, a flexible space where it is possible to choose different finishes. The KUB concept was launched with a fresh visual identity, including a new logotype, towards different stakeholders. The goal was to get a young, urban and sustainable feel to the communication and design.
